I am a PHD candidate in the Thrust of Robotics and Autonomous Systems (ROAS) within the Systems Hub at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology under the Guangzhou Pilot Scheme. Before that, I worked as a senior robotics engineer at XAG. The associated trajectory replanning algorithm and safe backup policy have been used in over 50 countries and regions.
Currently, I am a visiting scholar in the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, working with Prof. Changliu Liu.
My research interests include Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles, Motion Planning, and Safe Learning-Based Control.
